Final Presentations & Reflection
Final Presentations & Reflection
The capstone of this course is the Final Presentation and Reflection, where students consolidate their learning by presenting an AI-augmented solution and evaluating it across multiple dimensions. This is not only about showcasing technical execution but also about defending the feasibility, ROI, and ethical responsibility of the project. Equally important is the reflective component—students will assess how their AI literacy has evolved and propose pathways for continuous improvement, both personally and organizationally.
Objectives
By the end of this module, students will be able to:
- Present an AI-augmented solution, clearly articulating its value, feasibility, ROI, and ethical considerations.
- Reflect on their growth in AI literacy and their ability to apply AI responsibly.
- Propose next steps for continuous improvement of their solution and their professional development.
In-Class Component
Students will deliver final demos of their projects in 8–10 minute presentations. Each demo should:
- Define the problem and solution.
- Highlight the AI components (e.g., automation, insight generation, augmentation).
- Demonstrate the prototype or workflow live.
- Defend the solution’s business feasibility, projected ROI, and ethical alignment (bias, fairness, privacy).
- Share lessons learned and potential extensions.
A Q&A session will follow each presentation, simulating real-world stakeholder scrutiny. Peers will complete a review rubric, providing structured feedback on clarity, depth, innovation, and responsibility.
Deliverables
The Final Project Pack serves as the culminating output and should include:
- Presentation Deck (visual storytelling of problem → AI solution → impact).
- Demo or Prototype (screenshot, workflow, or video walkthrough).
- ROI & Feasibility Summary (financial estimates, adoption plan).
- Ethics Brief (privacy, fairness, compliance, risks).
- Reflection Essay (1–2 pages on AI literacy growth, responsible use, and personal learning trajectory).
Additionally, Quiz 4: Capstone Reflection will test conceptual mastery, emphasizing responsible AI adoption and the strategic application of course frameworks.
Reflection & Next Steps
This module encourages students to take a step back from execution and ask:
- How has my understanding of AI literacy evolved?
- Where do I see AI augmentation being most valuable in my career or field?
- What guardrails or practices will I commit to for using AI responsibly?
- How can my solution evolve with continuous improvement (iteration, scaling, stakeholder feedback)?
